Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)

Day Care;Head Start;K-12;College/University

Day care, Head Start: 1 doses required. The first dose must have been administered on or after the child's 1st birthday. 1 dose of rubella and 1 dose of mumps are required, each administered on or after the 1st birthday.

K-12: 1 dose of rubella and 1 dose of mumps are required, each administered on or after the 1st birthday.

Second dose - 2 MCV: 1st dose on/after 1st birthday and 2nd dose after 28 days

College/University - 2 doses MMR required for all entrants to four year colleges.
