The Rockdale County Board of Health in Georgia is bringing back its “Vote and Vaccination” program, which offers several vaccinations when voters cast their ballots in person. The board of health will set up a vaccine clinic at the Board of Elections and Voter Registration office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday July 14 through Friday July 16, leading up to the July 20 primary election. The clinic will offer the Tdap and pneumococcal vaccines. The vaccines are available free of charge, and proof of voting is not required. The vaccines will also be offered free of charge at health department clinics in Newton and Rockdale during early voting and on Election Day.
