[08/10/2003]

The Palm Beach County, Fla. Health Department's immunization van, which as recently stationed outside Kirklane Elementary School in Palm Springs, delivered free immunizations for students on Saturday, to prepare them for their first day of school this coming Wednesday. The van serviced more than 130 children, administering polio, varicella, measles, and other vaccines. The van, which is available all year, is busiest in July and August, when it services about 10,000 children in all.
