In Washington, D.C., only six students out of 68,000 in the public school system are still not fully compliant with immunization requirements, officials announced Tuesday. This figure is down significantly from the first day of school, when over 5,500 students had failed to meet the requirements. Starting this year, officials said that students would not be permitted to attend school until all the necessary shots had been obtained.
