Vaccine Requirements for the State of North Carolina
Vaccine requirements may be relaxed or eliminated in some regions and/or states due to shortages in the manufacture of some vaccines. Please contact your healthcare provider, or your local public health department for more information.

K-12- 5 doses: 1 dose after 4th birthday and before school entry; 3 doses Td for 7 years of age or older. If the 4th dose on or after the fourth birthday, a 5th dose is not required. College, University- All new enrollees entering college born after 1956 |
